Meet Pastor Kris and his family...
Pastor Kris Hayne and and his wife Mendy have been in full time ministry since February of 2001. They have served in a lead pastor position in Tucson, Arizona for 4 ½ years and then in Lakeland, Florida for 2 ½ years in a staff position. Kris received his call to ministry in July 1996 after serving 7 years as a firefighter in Tucson, AZ. Kris & Mendy moved to Colorado Springs in November of 1996 to begin at Nazarene Bible College where he graduated in 2000. He is also working on a Master of Divinity degree through Anderson School of Theology. Mendy is also a student at NBC working on a teaching degree. The Hayne family loves to be outdoors hiking, fishing, kayaking, and the occasional triathlon (Kris’s addiction). They have four children: Brianna (15), Andrew (13), Molly (6), and Logan (4).
